Your Yoga Space is a space where you will be guided to feel welcome and safe to just be and reconnect with yourself. You dont need to know names of poses, there are practices for all levels from beginners to advanced, suitable for all ages and just a little bit different from any other yoga you may have done before.

Your teacher Beth Cowling has been teaching yoga for 15+ years and is a wealth of knowledge; sharing her teachings in a calm, genuine, approachable manner. -Your Yoga Space for all the practices you need to bring yoga into your daily life. The first month of Your Yoga Space is a free trial then a monthly subscription to continue. Choose from a variety of 100s of guided Meridian Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation practices designed specifically for your home-practice with shorter practice times to make your regular yoga practice achievable. Choose from express 10-15min practices, 20-30min practices and longer ones too. Pick and choose day by day what your body and mind needs within practice topics: Core Strength, Healthy Lower Backs, Womens Health, Digestion Nourishing, De-stress, Morning Energy Boost, Hip Opening, Neck & Shoulder Releasing, Joint Mobility & Flexibility, Boosting health and shifting emotions.

-Your Cycle Yoga Through specific yoga and meditation practices for each phase of your cycle you will learn how to move your body in sync with what it needs each phase. In particular helping to clear stagnation (a major cause of symptoms) and improve circulation (allowing your body to come back into balance). The practices are designed to be repeated cycle after cycle with a variety of class lengths and styles to choose from, so you can pick just what you need each time you come to the mat.
There are a total of 23 yoga practices and 9 meditations as well as informative chats about the menstrual cycle. The practices are designed to help you decrease stress, increase energy levels, connect with your body and really listen to its signals, feel better within your body and most importantly decrease hormonal imbalance symptoms- mood swings, period pain, very heavy periods, short/long/missing cycles, irregular cycles, headaches, nausea, acne, severe PMS, weight gain/loss, spotting, loss of libido, digestive issues, and the list could go on

-Your Fertility Yoga is a part of the puzzle to conscious conception. It is so beneficial to take time to prepare your mind and body for pregnancy, the time leading up to conception allows your health to be optimal to create a warm welcome womb and the healthiest baby and your healthiest self post-natal too.
Managing stress is also a major factor effecting fertility, stress increases levels of cortisol and also prolactin which inhibits ovulation. So the meditation and yoga practices aim to decrease stress, connect deeply with your body, spark ovulation and create a holding energy.
